  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, journals, ledgers and other accounting records
  • Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate financial records
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve accounting queries
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls
  • Adhere to all relevant accounting standards, policies and procedures
  • Willing to work under agency
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an accounting or finance support role
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Applicants must willing to work 5 Days (onsite) in Pasig city.
