- Assist in daily accounting operations for hotel and restaurant financials.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records.
- Reconcile accounts and manage general ledgers.
- Support month-end closing processes and audits.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure financial compliance.
- Utilize accounting software for data entry and reporting.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Certified Public Accountant required
- Knowledgeable in Peachtree
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in General Accounting, preferably in the hotel and restaurant industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Quality Audits, Financial Operations, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Inventory Management, and Payroll Reconciliation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial transactions, conduct audits, oversee payroll, and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, with strong organizational and communication skills.
