- Manage financial records and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct audits to identify discrepancies and implement solutions.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, transaction processing, attention to detail, ability to prepare financial reports, accuracy, computer proficiency, interpersonal skills, and supplies requisition.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, efficient, dependable, and proactive.
