簡介

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, including government-mandated deductions.
  • Monitor and record Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
  • Handle billing process and ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain and update general accounting records and BIR Books of Accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support external and internal audits by providing required documents.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR and other government regulations.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

職位要求

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related course (preferred but not required if with relevant experience).
  • At least 1 year experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related role.
  • Knowledgeable in payroll, receivables, payables, billing, and bookkeeping.
  • Familiar with BIR processes and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Word; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with integrity.
