- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Develop and implement internal controls and policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
職位要求
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA)
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in accounting roles, preferably with supervisory experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Financial Management, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Financial Reporting, and Analysis
- Working Conditions: Office environment, possible overtime during month-end close
- Qualities: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and effective communication
