Are you a detail-driven accounting professional with leadership experience and a passion for accuracy? DCX is seeking a Home-Based Accounts Payable Lead to oversee invoice processing, manage vendor relationships, and guide our AP team. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in finance operations for a fast-growing U.S.-based company.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES
  • Organizational & Time Management: Manages AP tasks and team workflows efficiently.
  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Maintains error-free records and ensures compliance.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Investigates discrepancies and implements effective solutions.
  • Communication: Interacts professionally with vendors, internal teams, and management.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, AP processes, and reporting.
WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Handle day-to-day AP processing, including keying AP and vouching.
  • Lead and oversee the AP team to ensure timely and accurate work.
  • Approve and onboard new vendors and negotiate payment terms.
  • Manage prepayments and print check runs.
  • Generate and review sales rep sample reports and customer rebates.
  • Reconcile credit card statements and prepare quarterly vendor volume reports.
  • Maintain an up-to-date vendor database and track performance.
  • Perform additional general accounting tasks and reporting duties as needed.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Accounts Payable or General Accounting; 1–3 years of team leadership experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), and accounting databases.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with NetSuite or similar systems.
  • Certifications: CPA or CMA is a plus but not required.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work overnight or during U.S. business hours.
WHAT WE OFFER


  • Salary Range: Php 50,000 – 60,000
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
