簡介

A. DAY-TO-DAY TASKS

1. Administrative management but not limited to directory maintenance, inventory, supplier sourcing and logistics transaction.

2. In-charge on the transmittal of Daily Time Record summary to

3. head office for payroll processing.

3. Handles the process for Move-In and Move-Out and arrear reporting to Accounting including orientation and turnover report. 4. Bookkeeping Function.

5. Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements.

6. Working Trial Balance.

7. Income Statement.

8. Balance Sheet.

9. Financial Statement Analysis.

10. Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation.

11. Maintaining the financial records in a complete and systematic manner.

12. Preparation of Special Financial Reports as may be requested.

Perform general Administrative management tasks but not limited to directory maintenance, inventory, supplier sourcing and logistics transactions.

13. Create Daily Time Record summary to be submitted to head office for payroll processing.

14. Handles the process for Move-In and Move-Out and arrear reporting to Accounting including orientation and turnover report.

15. Update and submit weekly occupancy report to the Property Manager.

職位要求

1. A graduate of a 4-year course; Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Business Administration major in Accounting

2. Must have knowledge in the use of computer applications such as MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint) and email

3. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

4. Tax code of the Philippines

5. Knowledgeable in accounting software

6. Amenable to work in San Juan

7. Can start ASAP.
