Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination:

    Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff. 

  • Communication:

    Answering phone calls, handling emails, and managing correspondence. 

  • Record Keeping:

    Maintaining files, databases, and records, ensuring accurate and organized information. 

  • Documentation:

    Preparing reports, memos, and other documents, as well as editing and proofreading. 

  • Clerical Tasks:
