簡介

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Administrative Assistant to support compliance-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and possesses a strong understanding of general legal and tax-related procedures in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth back-office operations

· Maintain and organize documentation related to contracts, agreements, and compliance reports

· Assist in the preparation, formatting, and review of legal or tax-related documents

· Support internal audits and documentation reviews

· Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for filing and submission of required forms and documents

· Draft letters, memos, and other formal correspondences as needed

· Schedule and coordinate meetings, and maintain proper documentation of meeting minutes

· Monitor compliance timelines and help ensure adherence to internal and external deadlines

· Maintain a well-organized electronic and physical filing system

· Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business Administration, Law, or related field)

· Minimum 1–2 years of administrative work experience

· Familiarity with legal documents, government forms, and basic Philippine tax procedures is an advantage

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion

· A proactive and dependable personality with a strong sense of responsibility

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Required)
  • Tax Compliance: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Required)

Work Location: In person
