  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.

  • Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials for discussions.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial tracking for the department.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours
