Oversee daily office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
Manage and organize company documents and records, including those related to construction and shipping
Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively
Coordinate with different departments to support project needs
Use office software (MS Office, ERP, etc.) to prepare reports, track tasks, and maintain data
Help improve office systems, including moving toward digital/electronic document management
Solve day-to-day problems and ensure office policies are followed
Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and suppliers

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in office or administrative management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
Experience using ERP systems
Familiarity with construction projects and shipping documents/records management
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Knowledge of Digitalization/Electronic Document Management Systems (DEDMS)
