Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized working environment.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventories, and purchasing activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper storage of sensitive documents.
  • Provide administrative support to departments as needed.
  • Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Support budgeting and financial documentation tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Experience with recordkeeping, procurement, logistics, or HR support preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving ability
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
