Oversee administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency and ensure smooth office operations.
Supervise and coordinate driver schedules.
Procure materials, tools, and supplies by gathering requirements, negotiating prices, quality, and delivery.
Ensure facilities are stocked with necessary supplies and services, maintaining office conditions and arranging repairs as needed.
Implement plans, policies, and programs related to property, equipment, supplies, housekeeping, and safety.
Monitor office expenditures, adhere to budgets, provide input for budget preparation, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and make budget recommendations.
Manage stationery and equipment supplies, coordinate office admin repairs as needed.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and draft correspondence to third-party partners as necessary.
Supervise new permit and license applications and renewals.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in 1 - 2 years' administrative roles.
With at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity (advantage)
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of office management principles and procedures.
