Supervising a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating their work to address facility issues in a timely manner
Conducting regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
Developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to proactively address potential problems
Liaising with external contractors and vendors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work
Gathering necessary documents like a barangay clearance, previous business permit, and lease contract, submitting the renewal application to the local government unit (LGU), paying the required fees, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and staying updated on any changes to permit requirements
Monitoring and reporting on the facility's energy usage and efficiency to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensuring the facility meets all relevant safety, health and environmental regulations
Maintaining accurate records of all facility-related activities and expenditures

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Office Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a facilities management or maintenance supervisory role
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to quickly address facility issues
Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and other relevant computer applications
Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Proven track record of implementing cost-effective and energy-efficient facility management practices
Relevant certifications or qualifications in facilities management or engineering preferred
Willing to work in Makati
