  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for supervisors or teams.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or other software.
  • Manage and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries when necessary.
  • Support team members with various tasks and projects.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
