Administrative & Document Management:

  • Maintain, organize, and update 201 files, records, and other confidential documents.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assist in updating and processing contracts and other HR documents.

Recruitment Support:

  • Update and maintain applicant trackers and recruitment spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate and follow up with applicants regarding interview schedules, requirements, and next steps.
  • Screen resumes and endorse qualified applicants.

Additional Support Tasks:

  • Provide general administrative support to HR and operations.
  • Help improve recruitment and document management processes.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the HR or management team.

Qualifications:

  • No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic skills in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Good communication and time-management skills
