Description:

We are looking for a Intern CRM Admin (Full WFO - West Jakarta) to join our team and support the implementation and maintenance of our CRM system. This role will primarily involve administrative and assistance for client-related CRM needs, as well as internal support for CRM tools and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for CRM-related tasks
• Assist in CRM integration with business processes
• Act as support for client CRM needs and dashboard usage
• Create user documentation and guides (written/video) on CRM usage, settings, and customization
• Communicate with external CRM support/help desk as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams
• Support digital marketing functions related to CRM tools

Requirements:

• Male. Age between 21 – 25 years old
• Located in West Jakarta or Tangerang area
• Bachelor’s degree or Final Year Student in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Digital are preferred
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Familiar with CRM products and web dashboards
• Understands the concept, usage, and integration of CRM systems into business processes
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken – able to read documentation and communicate with CRM support
• Understanding of coding/algorithms is a plus
• Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals is a plus
• Willing to commit to a 6-month internship (WFO in West Jakarta)
