The Admin Staff supports daily operations by preparing reports, memos, and other administrative documents, as well as assisting with basic accounting tasks such as recording expenses, maintaining daily financial logs, and handling collections. The role also manages office inventory and supply replenishment, coordinates the company’s weekly activities, and monitors the maintenance needs of company vehicles and building facilities. Additional administrative tasks may be assigned to support overall office operations.
