  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the calendar for executives.
  • Handle correspondence and facilitate communication between departments.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for administrative purposes.
  • Coordinate property management tasks and assist clients with inquiries.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years of experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Effective time management and scheduling abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Preferbly residing in Cavite Area
