Deployment Area:

  • Pasay
  • Makati
  • Ortigas Pasig


Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management arnd Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence and Perform data entry and scan documents,
  • Maintain office supplies for department
  • Manage the calendar for managing the director and Assist in resolving any administrative problems,
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Run company's errands to post office and office supply store
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails,
  • Create and maintain filing and other office systems
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • Use a Microsoft word, processing package such as Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Write letters
  • Deal with telephone and email inquiries, using an email system( e.g. Outlook)
  • Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
  • Organize and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or management is preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles is an advantage (But not required)
  • Strong organizational and management skills are essential.
  • A good sense of responsibility with the ability to oversee personnel and address their grievances.
  • Capability to handle data while maintaining its integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using enterprise software, such as MS Office.
  • Physically fit for work.
