簡介

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating events.
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases as required.
  • Provide support to management and other team members as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of office files and documents.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as office staff, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
