- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain contact lists and manage correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new suppliers.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially and discreetly.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate office procedures and resolve administrative issues promptly.
職位要求
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s/College degree preferably of Business course
- With at least 2 years working experience
- Ensures that the implementation and monitoring of the company’s existing Operations Standard Procedures sustained efficiently
- Have strong administration and organization skill, ability to prioritize and multi-task
staff
