簡介

  • Manage front and back-office administrative tasks, including filing, typing, encoding, and document handling.
  • Maintain and organize staff records, inventory logs, purchase orders, and supplier contracts.
  • Assist in coordinating hotel and restaurant schedules, reservations, and internal meetings.
  • Process timekeeping reports, attendance monitoring, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Support finance in preparing petty cash reports, reimbursement forms, and invoice tracking.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate with suppliers for procurement.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries professionally.
  • Assist in guest or customer-related concerns that require administrative involvement.
  • Coordinate with hotel or restaurant department heads to relay messages or follow up on requests.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality industry standards in all documentation and procedures.

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related course (preferred).
  • At least 6 months of administrative or clerical experience; experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when needed.
