  • Job Description: Office staff are responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. Duties include answering phones, managing emails, filing documents, scheduling appointments, assisting with office supplies, and providing general administrative support to teams and management.

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Previous office experience is a plus
