簡介

  • Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation related to building equipment, maintenance, and projects.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Act as a liaison between tenants/clients and the Engineering & Maintenance team.
  • Handle communications, requests, and complaints from tenants, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
  • Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Supervisor and technicians.
  • Track work orders and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Assist in procurement requests and monitoring of delivered supplies/equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and documentation standards.

職位要求

  • Graduate of any course
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in technical/administrative support, facilities management, or related work.
  • Knowledgeable in documentation, reporting, and basic inventory management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in basic engineering/technical software is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle tenants/clients professionally.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Willing to support and coordinate with maintenance technicians and supervisor
  • Willing for a full time position on site
  • Areas Available: Makati and Taguig area
