  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

職位要求

  • College level or SHS Graduate
  • With at least 6 months experience in the same field or in telecommunication industry
  • Can handle stress and pressure
  • Can handle customer complain
  • With basic knowledge in customer service
  • Trustworthy
  • Not BPO
