Lead Generation & Admin Assistant (Hybrid – McKinley, Taguig)

Interviews Today – Immediate Hiring

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: McKinley, Taguig

Salary: To be discussed during the interview


We prioritize applicants who currently live in Taguig or nearby cities due to daily onsite reporting.

Applicants outside Metro Manila will not be considered.


Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct online lead research
  • Identify and qualify potential clients
  • Update, maintain, and organize lead lists
  • Perform basic follow-ups when needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks:
  • Email management
  • Scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Document preparation
  • Reports and other general office tasks


Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Fast worker with quick decision-making skills
  • Can handle daily pressure and deadlines
  • Good research abilities and strong spreadsheet skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
  • Proactive, consistent, and reliable
  • Must be willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
