I. Summary

Customer Service Representative (Sales) is responsible for assisting customers throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting revenue growth by providing excellent service and product guidance.

II. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and orders
• Assist customers in making purchase decisions and provide product recommendations
• Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Follow up on leads and support sales team in achieving targets
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales transactions

III. Qualification

• High school graduate or college level (degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
