NutriHydro is looking for a self-motivated and hands-on Agribusiness Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team of agripreneurs and creatives.


Your role will actively contribute to both sales and marketing functions. From engaging customers and closing deals to executing digital campaigns and managing our online presence, you will be a key driver in expanding NutriHydro’s reach and supporting our mission to uplift farming communities.


What You’ll Do:


Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Develop and implement ad campaigns using Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms
  • Manage and optimize tracking tools like Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and TikTok Pixel
  • Maintain, update, and improve our WordPress website and WooCommerce store
  • Conceptualize and launch digital campaigns and promotions that support both awareness and conversions
  • Assist in coordinating with influencers and content partners
  • Represent the brand during company events and agricultural exhibits
  • Explore automation tools and AI platforms to increase campaign efficiency


Sales Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups across digital platforms, email, and phone
  • Understand product offerings and guide customers to the right solutions based on their needs
  • Track leads and conversions from marketing campaigns and ensure proper handoff or closure
  • Monitor buyer behavior, feedback, and objections to refine marketing and sales strategies
  • Work with the internal team to improve customer experience, pricing bundles, and sales material


What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone with a GOAT mindset — someone who treats their work like it’s meant to be the greatest. You take pride in every detail, stay extremely focused, and are obsessed with getting better every day. You are driven by grit, consistency, and the desire to outdo your last performance. You don’t need reminders or micromanagement — you see challenges as fuel, not friction.

  • Open to graduates of Marketing or preferably Agribusiness graduates.
  • Preferably proficient in some or all of the following: WordPress, WooCommerce, and Canva
  • Preferably experienced with Meta and Google Ads campaign setup and management
  • Preferably familiar with tracking pixels and digital campaign analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage time effectively across both sales and marketing tasks
  • Strategic thinker who also excels in daily execution


Nice to Have:

  • Skills in video editing or motion graphics
  • Experience in agribusiness, agriculture, agri-tech, education, or eCommerce industries
  • Knowledge of tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or Jasper
  • Experience handling CRM systems, customer databases, or Shopify/WooCommerce analytics


Work Setup:

  • Full-time role based at our Quezon City office (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday; with some Saturday rotation)
