• Supervise and manages the overall activities of the Nursery section.
• Makes round inside the building to see it that any deviation from normal activities is properly addressed.
• Monitors the proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedure in Nursery Section.
• Consults and coordinate with the Production Manager and Farm Manager of matters that needs to be addressed in the specific area of responsibility.
• Ensures that bio-security protocols are complied.
• Conducts proper monitoring of health condition by doing daily rounds
• Performs the planning of working schedule for person reports to sustain manpower requirements.
• Prepares the daily and weekly inventory report to be submitted to the Production Manager and Farm Manager
• Attends the weekly regular meetings 
• To oversees vaccination based on protocol
• Ensure cleanliness of the section
• Train and supervise all person reports.
• Discuss the operation with the animal production staff at regular time.
• Willing to be trained and with good leadership skills.
• Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
• Diagnoses diseases or any abnormal conditions through physical and behavioral observations basis for proper treatment.

1.      Graduate of Agriculture, Animal Science or related fields.

2.      With at least 2 years of experience as Supervisor in Swine Farm.

3.      Able to stay-in the farm premises.

4.      High adaptability and problem solving skills.

5.      Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.

6.      Strong knowledge of bio-security in swine production.

7.      Looking for candidates work under pressured.

8.      With high decision making skills and responsibilities.
