- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with regulations.
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of materials.
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system operation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units; conduct routine inspections.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- NC II certificate Domrac
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in air conditioning maintenance, especially in high-rise buildings.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repairs; knowledge of safety standards.
- Working Conditions: May involve working at heights, in confined spaces, or in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and teamwork abilities.
