Amazon Catalog Optimization Specialist
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Catalog Optimization Specialist to join a growing global team.
They are a top-performing third-party seller on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, and Michaels.
We are seeking someone with hands-on experience working directly for a brand (not an agency) who is skilled in listing optimization and catalog management. The ideal candidate is resourceful and a top performer.
Responsibilities
- Optimize Amazon product listings to improve ranking, visibility, and conversions.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create effective image stacks and A+ content.
- Conduct competitive research and keyword analysis using Data Dive and Helium10.
- Review listings for Amazon compliance, brand consistency, and performance improvement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance catalog structure, variations, and backend attributes.
- Stay up to date on Amazon trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with a brand’s Amazon account (not agency-managed)
- Deep understanding of listing optimization, keyword strategy, and catalog management.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and continuous learning mindset.
- Excellent written communication and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Helium10, Data Dive, Seller Central Flat Files, and Brand Analytics reporting.
- Familiarity with parent-child variation setup and backend optimization.
