Janissa Healthcare Philippines Inc. is a trusted provider of innovative medical devices and supplies. We are seeking a results-driven Licensed Territory Manager to be assigned to North Central Luzon Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Achievement of sales plan per product per account.
• Regular coverage and promotion of Targeted Accounts.
• Effective profiling of target Accounts and uses of profile information in product penetration.
• To persuade Customer/Clients to use the product thru superior customer service and persuasive selling skills.
• To actively seek business information from Laboratories / Hospital departments and other sources.     
• Ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Regularly coordinate with superiors and counterparts.
• Submit and maintain required records program.
• Implement Marketing Programs.
• Proper use and safekeeping of promotional materials and equipments. 
• Recommend new ideas to improve operations.     
• Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills.
• Conducts product presentation, demonstration, procedure assistance to all endusers, either target or existing.
• Troubleshoot procedural problems and reagent concerns that will be encountered by accounts. 
• Conducts quarterly visit to existing endusers.   
• Provides updated monthly report for product concerns, competitor and performance of products.
• Assist the Marketing and Sales Manager in developing new products in the market that includes the following:

1. Market survey
2. Market analysis
3. Marketing program    

• Will be on-call for technical and procedural concerns of Products   
• Project positive image of the product and the company.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years experience in Sales and Marketing of Hospital Suppliers in North Central Luzon area      
• Preferably Nursing graduate with good to above academic standing
• Must be proficient in oral and written English, possess excess interpersonal skills        
• Has inclination toward sales and fieldwork
