Area Manager oversees the operations and performance of multiple retail stores within an assigned region. This role ensures that each store meets sales targets, maintains excellent customer service, and adheres to company standards. The Area Manager leads store teams, monitors performance metrics, and implements strategies to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

II. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of all stores within the assigned area.
• Set and achieve sales and profitability goals for each branch.
• Train, coach, and evaluate Store Managers and retail staff to ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
• Analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement in performance and productivity.
• Ensure proper inventory management and stock levels across all branches.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to boost store performance.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure service quality across all locations.
• Manage staffing needs, scheduling, and performance appraisals.
• Prepare area performance reports and present updates to senior management.

III. Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail management or multi-store supervision.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
• Willing to travel frequently within assigned areas.
• With own motorcycle.
