• Supervise and oversee the effective implementation of product sales, marketing, and technical support programs and directions including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling product operations.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
• Recommend improvements on current sales strategies and programs aligned with current market demands, new market trends and monitor compliance of various tasks and other related activities essential to the overall performance and growth of business in general and product unit in particular.
• Supervise and closely monitor activities of product promotion programs.
• Develop and recommend viable marketing programs and strategies that are practically essential to increase product sales performance likewise auto parts sales.
• Conduct nationwide activities and monitoring of sales.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Required skill(s): leadership skills, innovative, resourceful, service oriented, team player, analytical, sales communication skills, honest and trustworthy.
• At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in supervisory and sales.
• With a strong background in the Lubricant industry.
• Willing to do field work.
