Job Title: Asset Manager

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in Asset Management for infrastructure projects (preferably in the banking domain)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience managing CMDB tools
• Expertise in Asset Lifecycle Management, Inventory Management, Software License Management, Vendor & Contract Management, and Compliance & Risk Management
• Skilled in strategic planning and stakeholder management
• Technical skills in Unix and SQL
• CITAM certification is a plus
• Must be amenable to work in BGC Taguig or Makati
• Should have stable employment history (no frequent job changes)

Responsibilities:

1. Take end-to-end ownership of the Asset Management process
2. Manage and maintain CMDB tools and asset records
3. Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely updates of asset data
4. Handle vendor and contract management efficiently
5. Oversee software license management and ensure compliance
6. Provide strategic planning insights to optimize asset utilization
7. Maintain effective stakeholder management and communication
8. Drive smooth operations and contribute to overall organizational success
