Location: Remote (MANDATORY: English/French)


The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of his daily activities, meetings, and communications. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills to manage sensitive information and represent the CEO in external communications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare decks, reports, and Excel sheets as required by the CEO.
  • Draft, review, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO with a high level of professionalism (“white glove” communication).
  • Support meeting preparation by compiling background materials, agendas, and notes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Develop and refine procedures for administrative tasks and workflows as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and French strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and make informed decisions.
  • Organized, proactive, and adaptable to evolving needs.
