The role exists to drive sales, market share, growth, and profitability for assigned brands. It involves developing and executing marketing plans and brand strategies, creating promotional and communication materials, and analyzing market trends. The position also provides product support to the Sales team, working closely with the Marketing Specialist, and leads training and coaching initiatives during cycle meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and positioning.
- Align and communicate the product vision to Sales and Marketing to drive market share.
- Develop marketing strategies, lifecycle plans, and promotional programs within budget.
- Analyze market and competitor data to ensure brand competitiveness and innovation.
- Collaborate with HOM/MM/GPM and cross-functional teams to create and execute product plans.
- Conceptualize and manage marketing communications and business development initiatives.
- Monitor business performance and market trends to meet business goals.
- Plan and track sales forecasts and inventory.
- Provide timely tools, materials, and field support to the Sales team.
- Ensure new product launches are timely and properly executed.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to align on brand goals and execution.
- Collaborate with Sales to gain market insights and co-develop customer programs.
- Communicate strategic plans clearly across teams and departments.
- Develop and maintain strong engagement with KOLs and HCPs, including organizing advisory board meetings with Medical Affairs.
- Manage partnerships with Medical Societies and Advocacy Groups in coordination with Medical Affairs.
- Coordinate with Digital and creative agencies to ensure alignment on campaign outputs.
- Ensure strict compliance with DOH and FDA guidelines on product promotion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or any related discipline.
- Experience and familiarity with corporate business environments and organizational culture.
- Exposure to financial processes and a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- At least 2 years of experience in a growth-oriented and successful company, preferably within a high-performing industry. Experience in both multinational and local companies is an advantage.
- Proficient in financial modeling with the ability to analyze and interpret financial metrics such as P&L, ROI, and payback period to support data-driven decision-making.
