The Associate Quality Specialist works under Compliance and Risk Management team and serves as a trusted resource in facilitating quality assurance activities. You would support our business in core processes and directly contribute to the success of our quality and compliance mindset across all business units and international affiliates of Aeven.

Your responsibilities


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Quality assurance and approval of change documentation
  • Managing quality issues and nonconformities
  • Value adding analysis and reporting on quality issues.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders regarding quality requirements and expectations in relation to change documentation and periodic activities and reporting.
  • Identification and implementation of service improvements.
  • Timely delivery of compliance documentation
  • Consulting line of business in the development of actions to address audit observations
  • Handle reports in close dialogue with customers and line of business
  • Review and organize documents and records
  • Collaborate with Compliance & Risk Management Leads for performance enhancement
  • Overall support in the local and global Compliance & Risk Management team


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, GxP, Nonconformity Managements, preferably in Information Technology industry
  • Knowledge in one or more compliance standards, including Quality Management Systems (ISO9001) and International Standards Organization (ISO) 27001
  • Proactive in coordinating with stakeholders and consistent follow-throughs
  • Committed to delivering quality output in a timely manner
  • Strong organization and administrative skills
  • Able to communicate in English clearly and confidently
  • Ability to conduct meetings professionally
  • Work successfully in a team and in a matrix organization


You are a good listener and equally ready to share knowledge with colleagues. You take ownership and work purposefully to achieve the targets you have set, being passionate about creating order and structure.



Work Schedule


Employees will be expected to adhere to a flexible hybrid work schedule, with a required presence in the office for 1 day per week, allowing for customization of work hours within a specified morning or mid-shift time frame.
