工作培訓
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication for reporting findings clearly.
- Can work overtime and also on Sunday.
- Monitor adherence to quality control standards and internal controls.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues identified during checks.
- Basic understanding of auditing practices, and internal control systems.
- Analyze financial statements and records for discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is necessary; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong understanding of internal and financial audits.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for on-site audits.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
