QUALIFICATION: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any Business Courses 
  • Must know how to drive motorcycle and with valid Driver’s license 
  • Must be detail oriented and with high sense of integrity 
  • Computer literate 
  • Supervisory level 
  • Head office based but will regularly visit all POWERCLEAN BRANCHES in Metro Manila and CALABAR. 


OVERVIEW: 

An Outlet Auditor entails assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management systems and financial reporting processes in all company’s outlet stores. Furthermore, he/she evaluates the adequacy of internal control systems, identify areas of potential threats and propose measures to mitigate them. He/ She conduct financial audits, analyze data, identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for process improvements and help safeguard the company’s assets and prevent fraud. 


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  1. Conducts regular financial audit of all POWERCLEAN BRANCES in Metro Manila (Las and CALABAR. 
  2. Conducts physical outlet inventory and reconcile variances. 
  3. Outright charging of unreconciled variances based on actual count. 
  4. Examine records, reports, receipts, sales invoices, or other documents to ensure compliance of all POWERCLEAN BRANCHES in all control measures implemented by the company. 
  5. Researching discrepancies, operational problems or other issues that may hinder the smooth operation of PC Branches. 
  6. Conducts monthly audit on Administrative Compliance and Branch Operation Compliance of all POWERCLEAN BRANCHES and all Personnel assigned in the outlet. 
  7. Ensure that procedures, policies and control measures are correctly followed and complied with. 
  8. Collect and analyze data to detect non-compliance with policies, fraud or anomalous transactions 
  9. Analyzing, evaluating and developing new control systems. 
  10. Generating reports and presenting findings to management or other interested parties. 
  11. Attend training, seminar, workshop as needed. 
  12. Randomly call clients and conduct customer check. 
  13. Handling additional duties and special projects to ensure the business is operating efficiently and in compliance with all current regulations, this may include conducting Background Check on newly hired employee and scouting locations for new PC Outlet.
