The Chief Auto Mechanic is responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of vehicles. This role requires strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of automotive systems.
- Supervise and train junior mechanics
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage inventory of parts and tools
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in auto mechanics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
