Required knowledge of automotive mechanical principles, automotive circuits, automobile interior assembly, going to the dashboard, steering wheel and other automotive interior parts
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Manage and motivate production team members.
Oversee production processes, manage staff schedules, ensure quality control, and optimize efficiency.
Implement and optimize production processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Prepare production reports for management review.

Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in production management.
Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in production planning software.
