- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, printers, and scanners.
- Setting up all accounts for the new hire.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology
- Providing technical support across the company.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request.
職位要求
- 2 years of experience as IT Technical Support
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to go onsite and on shifting schedule
- Confident and able to work independently with little supervision
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to continuously learn and improve
- Flexible and adaptable, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Warehouse Operations is a plus factor
