We are looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer (Servers and Storage) who will be responsible for the deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise-grade systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and troubleshoot servers and storage systems, including on-site diagnosis, isolation, and preventive maintenance
• Test and evaluate new releases of network operating systems, software, and server hardware, recommending appropriate solutions
• Maintain high-level technical expertise in current technologies and industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• At least 3 years of relevant technical experience, with a minimum of 1 year as a Service Engineer
• Experience in end-to-end deployment of enterprise-grade servers and storage systems, including configuration and integration
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga
