  • Job Title: Barista

  • Experience Level: 3-5 years in a similar role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in latte art, deep coffee knowledge, strong written and verbal communication, customer service excellence.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced cafe environment; potential for shifts during morning, evening, weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively.
