  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in latte art, strong coffee knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication, and upselling skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee, engage with customers, manage inventory, and ensure quality consistency.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced café environment, may require flexible hours including weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must be friendly, adaptable, detail-oriented, and have strong interpersonal skills.
