Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations to ensure a welcoming environment.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing issues and feedback to enhance the customer experience.
Train and mentor new staff on proper brewing techniques and café operations.
Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock.

Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a coffee shop or café setting.
Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in latte art and knowledgeable about various coffee types.
Skills and Competencies: Effective written and verbal communication, with upselling skills.
Qualities and Traits: Flexibility and consistency in performance under pressure, well mannered and dedicated to work, can work in a team
