- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Develop knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Job Title: Barista
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; barista certification is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a coffee shop or similar environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication; extensive coffee knowledge; latte art proficiency; exceptional customer service skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; shifts may include weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Passionate about coffee; friendly; attentive; reliable.
