- Prepare a variety of high-quality coffee beverages and teas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and customer area.
- Engage with customers to provide friendly, prompt service and information about menu items.
- Train and mentor new baristas on coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately while maintaining records of sales.
- Job Function: Coffee preparation and customer service
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong attention to detail in beverage preparation
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced coffee shop environment, must be able to stand for long periods
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work as a part of a team
- Skills: Knowledge of coffee beans and brewing methods, basic math skills for cash handling
